Major Case File No. 239 - Deadline: October 31, 2017

Happy October! With a new month beginning, we present our Major Case File, which features an awesome Composite Sketch created just for CSI by The Nifty Pixel. This challenge will stay open for the entire month. We've also got a brand-new line up of sponsors, which always makes playing even sweeter!

So, are you ready for the new challenge? Grab you forensics kits, CSI players, and get ready for some serious sleuthing as we open Major Case File No. 239.

CASE FILE

We're going to mix things up in October with the themes for our Case Files. Did you know that October 1st is International Music Day? We found a delightful music-themed Scene by Sophie Dufresne to inspire our Case File. Maybe you have some summer pictures you haven't yet scrapped? This challenge is perfect to catch up.

Digital scrappers can find a free template for the sketch, created just for our players by the Nifty Pixel, here.

Remember to scroll all the way down to the bottom of this reveal post for RGB codes, color descriptions, and more detailed explanations of the Evidence and Testimony prompts.

For our Russian players, Detective Anastasia has translated our Case File into Russian:

GUEST DESIGNERS
We're delighted to have Lisa Moen join us as our Special Investigator this month! Lisa's has been playing with us recently, and her work caught our eye.

Hello! My name is Lisa Moen and I have been scrapping for 20 years. My husband Greg and I live in central Wisconsin. We have 2 children- Sierra is a sophmore in college and Austin is a senior in high school. These 3 are the subjects of most of my layouts. Besides scrapping, I enjoy camping, reading and spending time with my family.

I recently starting playing along with the case files here at CSI and enjoy them!

Check out more of Lisa's work on her blog, Lisa's Scrappy Hideaway.

We also have Elena Smoktunova, from Scrapmatts joining us as a Guest Detective.
